The breakfast had lots of outstanding food and drinks. Big rooms were huge with a lovely balcony. Location: the hotel was right by the Ritz-Carlton Sanya and the kids club/playhouse and the services.

This place is situated very close to the Sand restaurant, making it easy to grab a bite to eat on Fridays and Saturdays. There are pharmacies nearby for any essentials you might need. Baiyun Chinese Restaurant is just a short walk away from here, perfect for a quick and delicious meal.

The location here is beautiful and excellent, right by the ocean and near an Italian restaurant, with the beach and shops, supermarkets, and fish restaurants nearby.

Quick check-in, late check-out. Big size room plus with great view. Delicious and awesome breakfast with lots of outstanding foods. What an outstandingly accommodating staff.

For our last night at the hotel, we decided to dine at the beachfront restaurant 'Sands'. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and enjoyed building sandcastles on the beach.

The karaoke and casino facilities were not up to our expectations.

my recent stay at ritz exceeded all expectations. from the friendly staff to the breathtaking views, everything was perfect. the breakfast buffet was delicious and the sand restaurant was amazing with live music during dinner.

Communication was a challenge.

I had an exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Sanya. The room was spacious and offered a breathtaking ocean view. The staff was extremely kind and always ready to help. They even went above and beyond by providing a new phone charger when mine broke. The hotel's attention to detail and personal care made my stay truly special. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, far surpassing the usual offerings at other hotels. I highly recommend this hotel.
